The AGM and Awards presentation is on 21st Feb at the Dog and Duck Pub, Outwood. 8pm start (full details in last months mag).
If its anything like the past few years it will be a fairly quick meeting followed by the presentation. Please make an effort to attend it’s the ideal time to give feedback to the committee on the running of the club and make any suggestion for improvements which can be discussed with everyone.
Those of you who have been to an AGM in the past will know that on the night we vote for the Clubman of the Year, this can be any member who you feel has contributed the most to the club in the past year. Because we do not normally have a large turnout at the AGM then only those there get the chance to vote. Therefore we have decided to open it up to Email and Postal votes. As Chairman I am making myself uneligable for the award and will receive all votes. If you would like to vote then please email, phone or post the name of the person you wish to nominate to me.
